Keyboardist. Composer. Music Director. Creator.
Brandon Coleman is an absolute monster on the keys. Terrifyingly good. He can effortlessly switch from light-touched jazz to tasty soul and to what would perhaps be the soundtrack to a full scale, global alien invasion.
Born and raised in Los Angles, CA, Brandon attended the Colburn School of Performing Arts, studying jazz concepts and practical theory under the tutelage of Saxophonist Mr. Lee Secard and Trumpeter Mr. Clay Jenkins. His incredible chops, unbridled creativity, and infectious personality has made him one of the most sought after musicians including the likes of Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Alicia Keys, Stanley Clark, Roy Hargrove, Robin Thicke, Ludacris, Jamie Foxx, Stevie Wonder, and many more.
For the 2014 #ZoomCreators sessions, Brandon was joined by drummer Oscar Seaton and bassist Ian Martin. Saying that these guys crush it together is an understatement.
